A pauta do encontro foi o debate em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao reajuste da tarifa do transporte coletivo da cidade.\u00a0 O prefeito garantiu que vai analisar a quest\u00e3o embasado, inclusive, pela delibera\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00f3prio conselho sobre o tema, e afirmou que n\u00e3o efetivar um reajuste de tarifas, significa criar situa\u00e7\u00f5es indesej\u00e1veis para a Codepas, para as outras empresas e para os pr\u00f3prios trabalhadores do setor. Alguns representantes do conselho pediram que as discuss\u00f5es sobre o tema sejam postergadas por cerca de 40 dias, at\u00e9 que recomece o ano letivo e que o per\u00edodo de f\u00e9rias dos trabalhadores tenha sido encerrado, de forma que todos possam opinar e se manifestar sobre a proposta de reajuste.<\/p>\n<p>Dipp disse que prorrogar esta discuss\u00e3o torna a situa\u00e7\u00e3o ainda mais dif\u00edcil e que \u00e9 preciso que o conselho se posicione para que a decis\u00e3o final sobre o valor da nova tarifa seja tomada. Respaldando as palavras do prefeito, o vereador Jaime Debastiani se manifestou afirmando conhecer de perto a situa\u00e7\u00e3o da Codepas, a empresa p\u00fablica de transporte coletivo e da import\u00e2ncia do reajuste para garantir o funcionamento desta op\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte p\u00fablico, gerida pela munic\u00edpio.\u00a0 A secretaria Municipal de Transporte,\u00a0 Mobilidade Urbana e Seguran\u00e7a apresentou o valor de R$ 1,95 como alternativa de novo valor de tarifa. As empresas do setor solicitam valores entre R$ 2,08 e R$ 2,30. O \u00faltimo reajuste no valor das passagens foi concedido em 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Atendendo a um pedido do vereador Juliano Roso, o prefeito Airton Dipp se comprometeu em voltar a discutir o tema, caso, at\u00e9 o final deste ano, haja sens\u00edvel redu\u00e7\u00e3o nos pre\u00e7os dos combust\u00edveis ou outros insumos, conforme ventila-se no mercado nacional. Por\u00e9m o prefeito afirmou que \u00e9 preciso que se fa\u00e7a uma an\u00e1lise global desta situa\u00e7\u00e3o, considerando-se os custos de todos os outros itens que comp\u00f5em a tarifa e n\u00e3o somente o combust\u00edvel. \u201cSe for o caso poderemos revisar os valores daqui uns meses, mas de forma coerente\u201d, confirmou Dipp.<\/p>\n<p>O secret\u00e1rio de transportes, Adelar Aguiar prop\u00f4s ao conselho a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de visitas t\u00e9cnicas \u00e0 cidades que tenham implementado a\u00e7\u00f5es como bilhete eletr\u00f4nico e passagem integrada, a fim de promover conhecimento t\u00e9cnico sobre o assunto, de forma que todos tenham condi\u00e7\u00f5es de tomar decis\u00f5es com embasamento no assunto. Os conselheiros apontam estas a\u00e7\u00f5es como mecanismos de controle sobre o setor e poss\u00edvel atua\u00e7\u00e3o como gatilhos de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de tarifas.\u00a0 Dipp garantiu que o processo de bilhetagem eletr\u00f4nica em Passo Fundo j\u00e1 est\u00e1 em andamento e \u00e9 irrevers\u00edvel.
