Servidores de diferentes setores da Prefeitura de Passo Fundo participaram, na tarde de quarta-feira (17), de uma capacita\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o Siconv \u2013 Sistema de Gest\u00e3o de Conv\u00eanios e Contratos.\u00a0 Promovido pela Prefeitura, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria Extraordin\u00e1ria de Projetos Especiais e Capta\u00e7\u00e3o de Recursos, em uma parceria com a Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal, o encontro teve o objetivo de ampliar o conhecimento e sanar d\u00favidas sobre a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos visados pelo munic\u00edpio. <\/p>\n

As explica\u00e7\u00f5es envolveram desde a percep\u00e7\u00e3o da disponibilidade do recurso, import\u00e2ncia da agilidade, responsabilidades em fun\u00e7\u00f5es dos prazos, entre outros assuntos. \u201cCada servidor que participou desta capacita\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es para que, em sua secretaria ou setor, d\u00ea o melhor andamento poss\u00edvel aos tr\u00e2mites burocr\u00e1ticos de cada programa que tiver apoio do governo federal. Este \u00e9 um trabalho feito na Secretaria de Projetos Especiais, mas \u00e9 importante que todos tenham o conhecimento do processo para que possam contribuir, de forma decisiva, para que os tr\u00e2mites sejam feitos de forma mais r\u00e1pida e efetiva\u201d, afirmou o secret\u00e1rio de Projetos Especiais e Capta\u00e7\u00e3o de Recursos, Edison Nunes. <\/p>\n

O Siconv \u00e9 uma ferramenta eletr\u00f4nica que re\u00fane e processa informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as transfer\u00eancias de recursos do Governo Federal para \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos e privados sem fins lucrativos. Esse repasse acontece por meio de contratos e conv\u00eanios destinados \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o de programas, projetos e a\u00e7\u00f5es de interesse comum. <\/p>\n
