Nesta semana, os dados coletados no CAIS S\u00e3o Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o, no Pronto Atendimento e no Centro de Diagn\u00f3stico do Hospital Municipal e na Farm\u00e1cia Central foram analisados pela Secretaria de Gest\u00e3o, <\/span><span style=\" \">em conjunto com <\/span><span style=\" \">o s<\/span><span style=\" \">ecret<\/span><span style=\" \">\u00e1<\/span><span style=\" \">ri<\/span><span style=\" \">o<\/span><span style=\" \"> de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Institucionais, \u00c9dison Machado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"> Ao receber os principais indicadores, o prefeito, Pedro Almeida, destacou que o objetivo principal destas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 medir os pontos positivos no atendimento e receber dicas e sugest\u00f5es que possam melhorar o acolhimento nas estruturas da rede municipal de sa\u00fade. \u201cA pesquisa tem circulado de forma itinerante pelas unidades b\u00e1sicas de sa\u00fade e por outros locais de atendimento ao p\u00fablico. Queremos saber como a popula\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo recebida, o tempo de espera em cada local e tamb\u00e9m a resolutividade dos servi\u00e7os oferecidos pelo Munic\u00edpio. Isso vai nos ajudar a aperfei\u00e7oar e humanizar ainda mais o acolhimento da nossa comunidade\u201d, explicou Pedro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"> Conforme o secret\u00e1rio de Gest\u00e3o, Dailon Barp, as an\u00e1lises foram feitas com os dados obtidos entre os dias 15 de mar\u00e7o a 01 de abril. \u201cNesta primeira fase das pesquisas focamos em medir o tempo de espera e atendimento, a forma de atendimento e a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da necessidade que levou a pessoa a procurar o servi\u00e7o de sa\u00fade\u201d, informou Barp, explicando que o sistema utilizado mede o grau de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o a partir dos sinalizadores de \u00f3timo, bom, regular, ruim e p\u00e9ssimo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\">  <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"><b>CAIS S\u00e3o Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"> No CAIS S\u00e3o Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o, que tornou-se a terceira unidade de refer\u00eancia para atendimentos de pacientes sintom\u00e1ticos de Covid-19 no in\u00edcio de fevereiro, foram 1.943 participantes. O \u00edndice de pessoas que considerou a forma de atendimento como boa e \u00f3tima foi de 87,48%. J\u00e1 a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da necessidade que levou o usu\u00e1rio a procurar o servi\u00e7o de sa\u00fade foi considerado como bom e \u00f3timo para 86,40% dos participantes. O tempo de espera para o atendimento tamb\u00e9m foi considerado como bom e \u00f3timo por 77,66% dos usu\u00e1rios. \u201cS\u00e3o bons n\u00fameros que ajudam a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o na formata\u00e7\u00e3o de novos projetos e no alinhamento das a\u00e7\u00f5es em sa\u00fade\u201d, observou Barp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\">  <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"><b>Hospital Municipal<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"> Outra \u00e1rea importante analisada pela pesquisa foi o Pronto Atendimento do Hospital Municipal, que recebeu amplia\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de uma medida adotada pela Prefeitura para auxiliar os hospitais de Cl\u00ednicas e S\u00e3o Vicente de Paulo na redu\u00e7\u00e3o de pacientes nas suas respectivas emerg\u00eancias. O tempo de espera e atendimento nesta estrutura foi considerado entre bom e \u00f3timo por 75,62% dos usu\u00e1rios. No total, participaram 4.772 pessoas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"> A forma de atendimento tamb\u00e9m obteve um \u00edndice alto de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o: 81,74% consideraram entre bom e \u00f3timo. A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da necessidade que levou o usu\u00e1rio a procurar o servi\u00e7o de sa\u00fade foi considerada entre bom e \u00f3timo por 79,73% dos pacientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"> No Centro de Diagn\u00f3stico, outra estrutura do Hospital Municipal avaliada, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o foi de 487 pessoas. A forma de atendimento neste local foi considerada entre boa e \u00f3tima por 69,81% das pessoas que responderam ao question\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\">  <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"><b>Farm\u00e1cia Central<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\"> A pesquisa sobre o grau de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o na Farm\u00e1cia Central contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 4.166 pessoas. Deste total, o \u00edndice de usu\u00e1rios que considerou o tempo de espera e atendimento como bom e \u00f3timo foi de 77,24%. A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a forma de atendimento \u00e9 considerada entre boa e \u00f3tima por 82,47% dos usu\u00e1rios.
