O prefeito de Passo Fundo, Luciano Azevedo, assinou o contrato com a empresa que ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela obra.  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u201cCada vez mais avan\u00e7amos na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o de novas estruturas de atendimento tem beneficiado todas as regi\u00f5es da cidade, proporcionando qualidade ao trabalho dos servidores e a comunidade atendida\u201d, disse Luciano. Ele destacou ainda que Passo Fundo \u00e9 um dos munic\u00edpios que mais investe em novas estruturas p\u00fablicas na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Atualmente, os moradores dos bairros Santa Maria e Vila Nova realizam consultas em dois locais inadequados, sem espa\u00e7o estrutural e sem possibilidade de obten\u00e7\u00e3o do laudo de vigil\u00e2ncia sanit\u00e1ria. A Prefeitura de Passo Fundo, ao longo do processo, precisou adequar o projeto t\u00e9cnico existente da UBS para assegurar a libera\u00e7\u00e3o da vigil\u00e2ncia sanit\u00e1ria, a fim de recuperar o recurso que havia sido perdido.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">A nova UBS Vila Nova atender\u00e1 aproximadamente 12.500 habitantes do entorno, al\u00e9m de descongestionar as demais unidades e possibilitar um r\u00e1pido e eficaz atendimento. Com \u00e1rea de 326,95 metros quadrados, o espa\u00e7o contar\u00e1 com um consult\u00f3rio odontol\u00f3gico e dois consult\u00f3rios para atendimento m\u00e9dico, farm\u00e1cia, sala para educa\u00e7\u00e3o e demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o em sa\u00fade e sala para imuniza\u00e7\u00e3o, inala\u00e7\u00e3o, esteriliza\u00e7\u00e3o, curativos, utilidades e procedimentos.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">As
