O espa\u00e7o levar\u00e1 o nome de Bernardo M\u00e1rtio.  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; font-variant: normal; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;\"> O passo-fundense apaixonado por bicicletas, nasceu em 20 de agosto de 1940. O uso da bicicleta como meio de transporte o fez participar de competi\u00e7\u00f5es cicl\u00edsticas na d\u00e9cada de 60. As disputas eram organizadas na cidade, em ruas e estradas de ch\u00e3o batido.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; border: medium none; padding: 0cm; font-weight: normal;\"> <span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">O prefeito Luciano Azevedo <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">justificou a homenagem <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">pelo <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">reconhecimento <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">da figura de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">Bernardo M\u00e1rtio, que incentivou o uso da bicicleta e <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">a <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">participa\u00e7\u00e3o em competi\u00e7\u00f5es regionais, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">\u00e1rea que se dedicou <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">por mais de 40 anos, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">sendo<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"> campe\u00e3<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">o<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"> por anos consecutivos. <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; border: medium none; padding: 0cm; font-weight: normal;\"> <span style=\"font-variant: normal;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">Foi um grande esportista que merece esta homenagem, por ter representado e incentivado o esporte dentro de Passo Fundo e na regi\u00e3o. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">Ele se destacou <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">por ter participado <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">na competi\u00e7\u00e3o realizada de Passo Fundo a Porto Alegre, completada em pouco mais de dez horas<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">Foi sempre um <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">entusiasta <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">pelo uso <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">da bicicleta, e incentivou jovens \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica do esporte\u201d, frisou Luciano.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; border: medium none; padding: 0cm; font-weight: normal;\"> <span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">Bernardo, ao lado de<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"> seus quatro irm\u00e3os, Luis, Aldo, Jo\u00e3o e Vitorino, formaram a equipe dos Irm\u00e3os Martio. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">S<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">eguindo orienta\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica do <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">esportista<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"> Ruy Barbisan, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">que <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">contribu<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">iu <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">para a difus\u00e3o do ciclismo <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">na<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"> cidade e <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">regi\u00e3o<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-variant: normal;\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">.
