O prefeito Luciano Azevedo sancionou a lei que garante o processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o para realizar a concess\u00e3o do espa\u00e7o. <\/p>\n<p>A lei autoriza que o Executivo conceda \u00e0 \u00e1rea por 10 anos, prazo que pode ser prorrogado por per\u00edodo igual. A concess\u00e3o do pr\u00e9dio faz parte do projeto de revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Parque da Gare, feito pela Prefeitura de Passo Fundo, e tem o objetivo de atrair diferentes grupos de usu\u00e1rios em diferentes hor\u00e1rios, mantendo o espa\u00e7o vivo e seguro atrav\u00e9s da apropria\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo. \u201cAgora o munic\u00edpio inicia a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da licita\u00e7\u00e3o em que todos os detalhes e exig\u00eancias estar\u00e3o colocados. Um grupo de secret\u00e1rios est\u00e1 trabalhando na montagem da licita\u00e7\u00e3o que ser\u00e1 inovadora\u201d, disse a secret\u00e1ria de Planejamento, Ana Paula Wickert. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>O pr\u00e9dio j\u00e1 recebe artistas de toda a cidade que exp\u00f5e seu trabalho. Para que as manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es culturais permane\u00e7am, a lei conta com uma emenda do vereador Alex Necker, que garante a continuidade da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea por coletivos culturais, como conselhos, entidades e associa\u00e7\u00f5es de artistas de forma gratuita. Sobre isso, a secret\u00e1ria de Planejamento ressalta que: \u201cser\u00e3o especificados as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es do locat\u00e1rio bem como o papel da cultura local no empreendimento. Sob esse aspecto, teremos o apoio do Conselho de Cultura que ir\u00e1 colaborar na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do edital. Pretendemos ter o edital conclu\u00eddo para licitar neste semestre\u201d, finalizou Ana Paula. <\/p>\n<p>Constru\u00eddo entre 1898 e 1920, o espa\u00e7o onde funcionava o antigo sistema do transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio faz parte da hist\u00f3ria da cidade, sendo ponto de refer\u00eancia do desenvolvimento na \u00e9poca.
