O encontro contou com a presen\u00e7a da comunidade e entidades ligadas \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil.<\/p>\n<p>A audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica, que foi coordenada pelas secretarias de Planejamento (SEPLAN) e de Obras (SMO), proporcionou o debate sobre novos conceitos, mais atuais para atender demandas do mercado, novas tecnologias que abrangem t\u00e9cnicas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e responsabilidades de ambos os agentes envolvidos nos empreendimentos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o em Passo Fundo.<\/p>\n<p>A proposta para o C\u00f3digo de Obras amplia principalmente a responsabilidade ambiental. \u201cAp\u00f3s estudos, verificamos a necessidade de mudan\u00e7a e atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00f3digo, que tem sua data de cria\u00e7\u00e3o o ano de 1996. A partir do processo democr\u00e1tico, faremos a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo de Obras do munic\u00edpio.
