O prefeito Luciano Azevedo autorizou nessa segunda-feira (6), o in\u00edcio da obra do Novo Parque da Gare, que deve ser conclu\u00edda em um ano.  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Luciano destacou o esfor\u00e7o da administra\u00e7\u00e3o em recuperar locais p\u00fablicos para comunidade. \u201cEstamos recuperando \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas de Passo Fundo e devolvendo para popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, disse o prefeito, citando o Teatro M\u00facio de Castro, a Pra\u00e7a Marechal Floriano e a Ciclovia.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">O projeto da Gare ter\u00e1 investimento de R$ 8 milh\u00f5es, e ser\u00e1 realizado com recursos do Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento (BID), e emenda parlamentar do deputado Beto Albuquerque, al\u00e9m de recursos pr\u00f3prios da Prefeitura de Passo Fundo.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"> Apresentado pela Secret\u00e1ria do Planejamento Ana Paula Wickert, o projeto do novo Parque da Gare contempla a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo espa\u00e7o para a Feira do Produtor, cumprindo normas de acessibilidade e sanit\u00e1rias; uma biblioteca conceito; a nova pista de skate; uma quadra poliesportiva; o anfiteatro; e a revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Lago da Gare e a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o das \u00e1reas verdes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u201cA acessibilidade est\u00e1 presente no projeto, com um playground com brinquedos adequados aos portadores de necessidades especiais. Teremos a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de rampas em todo o novo Parque da Gare\u201d, disse a secret\u00e1ria Ana Paula, que ainda informou sobre o cronograma para as obras e destacou que esse ser\u00e1 um dos maiores projetos de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de um espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico j\u00e1 executados no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">O presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Moradores e Amigos do Centro (AMAC), Rafael Colussi, ressalta a boa rela\u00e7\u00e3o com administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos pedidos e preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es da AMAC. \u201cAgradecemos muito por isso e por Passo Fundo ter atendida mais uma de suas reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es, o novo Parque da Gare. Estamos juntos para acrescentar cada vez mais\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><b>Hist\u00f3ria da Gare<\/b><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">A Gare, tem expressiva contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para o desenvolvimento de Passo Fundo. No in\u00edcio do s\u00e9culo XX, a antiga ferrovia impulsionou a economia, a cultura e a sociedade do munic\u00edpio. O espa\u00e7o, depois da desativa\u00e7\u00e3o da linha f\u00e9rrea, foi transformado em parque na d\u00e9cada de 80 e, desde ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o recebeu interven\u00e7\u00f5es em sua estrutura.
