Para tratar desse assunto, estiveram reunidos com o secret\u00e1rio de planejamento, Giovani Corralo, e com o secret\u00e1rio do Meio Ambiente, Hermindo Simonetti,\u00a0 o representante da empresa francesa Bionersis, Lionel Pastr\u00e9 e Valtemir Goldmeier, da Famurs.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme Corralo, o munic\u00edpio est\u00e1 autorizando a empresa a realizar estudos, sem custos,\u00a0 sobre a viabilidade de explora\u00e7\u00e3o do aterro sanit\u00e1rio, que produz o metano, um g\u00e1s poluidor. Se o projeto der certo e o metano possa ser inclu\u00eddo no Cr\u00e9dito Carbono, a administra\u00e7\u00e3o abrir\u00e1 licita\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0 para contratar os servi\u00e7os e realizar as obras necess\u00e1rias para o empreendimento.<\/p>\n<p>Os estudos devem estar prontos em tr\u00eas meses, relatou Giovani Corralo, acrescentando que se a proposta for efetivada, ser\u00e3o investidos cerca de 500 mil d\u00f3lares no local. Para isso ser\u00e3o buscados investidores, observou. O Cr\u00e9dito Carbono, explicou Corralo, est\u00e1 previsto no Protocolo de Kioto, de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, onde paises industrializados se comprometeram a diminuir o CO<sup>2<\/sup>.
