O Secret\u00e1rio de Planejamento, Renne Cecconello, reuniu-se com os representantes da RGE, Correios, Corsan e membros do IBGE nesta semana para analisar a minuta do Projeto de Lei que ser\u00e1 encaminhado \u00e0 C\u00e2mara de Vereadores na pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/p>\n

O projeto institui normas para a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de lotes e edifica\u00e7\u00f5es no munic\u00edpio, pois com um total de 93.971 im\u00f3veis cadastrados, aproximadamente 10% destes n\u00e3o possuem o registro de numera\u00e7\u00e3o da edifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Outro motivo \u00e9 a expans\u00e3o pela qual o munic\u00edpio passa, onde todos os novos loteamentos aprovados ou em fase de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m necessitar\u00e3o da identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das edifica\u00e7\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s de n\u00fameros.<\/p>\n

O projeto tem a finalidade de organizar a numera\u00e7\u00e3o das casas e edif\u00edcios do munic\u00edpio, pois al\u00e9m de muitos im\u00f3veis sem a informa\u00e7\u00e3o adequada, existem descontinuidades em numera\u00e7\u00f5es ao longo de uma mesma via, por interrup\u00e7\u00f5es no seu prolongamento ou por seq\u00fc\u00eancias de numera\u00e7\u00f5es com ponto inicial diferentes, al\u00e9m de que a ado\u00e7\u00e3o sem crit\u00e9rios ou equivocada de numera\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00e3o obedecem a um regulamento l\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n

Estes elementos dificultam a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos im\u00f3veis na cidade de Passo Fundo, afetando o desempenho dos servi\u00e7os realizados pelos Correios, Corsan e RGE, bem como as atividades comerciais e de servi\u00e7os que dependem do seu endere\u00e7o correto e de f\u00e1cil localiza\u00e7\u00e3o para facilitar o acesso de seus clientes e fornecedores.<\/p>\n

Diante disso, o projeto que ser\u00e1 entregue ao Conselho Municipal de Desenvolvimento Integrado (CMDI) no dia 3 de junho e ap\u00f3s encaminhado \u00e0 C\u00e2mara, prop\u00f5e a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de uma legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, que determine a metodologia para a numera\u00e7\u00e3o de edifica\u00e7\u00f5es na cidade. <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
