O evento ser\u00e1 realizado no audit\u00f3rio da V Expoacisa, no Bourbon Shopping, as 14h.<\/span><br style=\"\" \/><span style=\"\">O objetivo \u00e9\u00a0 orientar o trabalhador informal sobre a lei Complementar n\u00ba 128, de 19\/12\/2008, que criou condi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais para que o trabalhador possa se tornar um Empreendedor Individual legalizado.<\/span><br style=\"\" \/><span style=\"\">Entre as vantagens oferecidas por essa lei, est\u00e1 o registro no Cadastro Nacional de Pessoas Jur\u00eddicas (CNPJ), o que facilitar\u00e1 a abertura de conta banc\u00e1ria, o pedido de empr\u00e9stimos e a emiss\u00e3o de notas fiscais. Al\u00e9m disso, o Empreendedor Individual ser\u00e1 enquadrado no Simples Nacional e ficar\u00e1 isento dos impostos federais (Imposto de Renda, PIS, Cofins, IPI e CSLL).<\/span><br style=\"\" \/><span style=\"\">www.portaldoempreendedor.gov.br<\/span><br style=\"\" \/><span style=\"\">Para se inscrever \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ter um empregado ganhando at\u00e9 um sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo ou o piso salarial da profiss\u00e3o. O empreendedor pagar\u00e1 apenas o valor fixo mensal de R$ 52,15 (com\u00e9rcio ou ind\u00fastria) ou R$ 56,15 (presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os), que ser\u00e1 destinado \u00e0 Previd\u00eancia Social e ao ICMS ou ao ISS. Essas quantias ser\u00e3o atualizadas anualmente, de acordo com o sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo.<\/span><br style=\"\" \/><span style=\"\">Com essas contribui\u00e7\u00f5es, o Empreendedor Individual ter\u00e1 acesso a benef\u00edcios como aux\u00edlio maternidade, aux\u00edlio doen\u00e7a, aposentadoria, entre outros.<\/span><br style=\"\" \/><span style=\"\">Os palestrantes ser\u00e3o a Superintendente Regional Sul do Minist\u00e9rio da Previd\u00eancia Social, Eliane Luzia Schimidt e o Deputado Ivar Pavan, Presidente da Assembl\u00e9ia Legislativa do Rio Grande do Sul.
