O F\u00f3rum foi institu\u00eddo pelo decreto municipal, n\u00ba 131 de 10 de julho de 2006, e tem a finalidade de normalizar, facilitar e integrar a\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias ao planejamento socioecon\u00f4mico e ambiental participativo do munic\u00edpio.<br \/>Na oportunidade, eles apresentaram \u00e0 Cecconello a Secretaria Executiva da Agenda 21 Local, al\u00e9m do planejamento das atividades para o restante deste ano.
