O projeto tem por objetivo densificar o princ\u00edpio da transpar\u00eancia na Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal, mediante regras claras e vinculantes ao controle da gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica, assegurando tamb\u00e9m a impessoalidade, a legalidade, a efici\u00eancia e principalmente a moralidade.<br \/>O Prefeito em exerc\u00edcio, Rene Cecconello destaca que grande parte das informa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes no projeto j\u00e1 se encontram dispon\u00edveis no site do munic\u00edpio h\u00e1 mais de tr\u00eas anos e ressalta os princ\u00edpios da rep\u00fablica e da democracia, significando um importante passo em prol da constitui\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cidadania pr\u00f3-ativa.
