Estudos para a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do uso da bicicleta, tanto como meio de transporte quanto para o lazer, j\u00e1 est\u00e3o em andamento na Prefeitura Municipal. O assunto foi tratado durante uma reuni\u00e3o, realizada na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira, 19, entre o prefeito, Luciano Azevedo, o grupo de ciclistas Pedal na Noite, secret\u00e1rio de Desporto e Cultura, Jos\u00e9 Ernani de Almeida, e a secret\u00e1ria de Planejamento, Ana Paula Wickert. <\/p>\n

No encontro, a secret\u00e1ria de Planejamento ressaltou que um plano de mobilidade urbana ser\u00e1 realizado em breve na cidade, dentro do contato com o Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento (BID), para um estudo de todas as vias de Passo Fundo, sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para o transporte p\u00fablico, melhor fluxo do tr\u00e2nsito e, ainda, ir\u00e1 incorporar a quest\u00e3o da instala\u00e7\u00e3o das ciclovias. Em breve, um processo de incentivo para o uso das bicicletas dever\u00e1 ser promovido, assim como um campanhas de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o de toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do ciclista no tr\u00e2nsito. Conforme o grupo de ciclistas, o interesse do poder p\u00fablico nesta quest\u00e3o \u00e9 importante para que exista maior respeito aos grupos que utilizam a bicicleta na cidade.
