Para que isso ocorra, o prefeito Luciano Azevedo determinou \u00e0 Secretaria de Planejamento o in\u00edcio urgente do processo para a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de uma casa, localizada na Rua Padre N\u00f3brega, fundos do Parque da Gare, onde j\u00e1 funcionou o Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;  text-align: justify;\" class=\"western\">Desocupado h\u00e1 mais de dois anos, a Prefeitura recebeu o im\u00f3vel depredado, sem condi\u00e7\u00f5es imediatas de uso. Conforme conta a secret\u00e1ria de Planejamento, Ana Paula Wickert, o local, que possui 267 metros quadrados, teve suas janelas, fia\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica e lou\u00e7a de banheiro roubados. Al\u00e9m de repor este material, as reformas tomar\u00e3o conta das esquadrias externas, telhado, pisos, cal\u00e7adas, al\u00e9m do reboco e da pintura.  <\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;  text-align: justify;\" class=\"western\">A casa poder\u00e1 abrigar at\u00e9 quatro secretarias. Ser\u00e3o instaladas no local, preferencialmente, aquelas que possuem maiores gastos com seus alugueis mensais.
