Ap\u00f3s a assinatura da Ordem de Servi\u00e7o pelo prefeito Pedro Almeida, no dia 15 de julho, o documento entrou em vigor nesta segunda-feira (20), autorizando o in\u00edcio das obras de infraestrutura do novo empreendimento habitacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com o in\u00edcio dos trabalhos, a empresa contratada passa a executar a terraplanagem da \u00e1rea, conforme os projetos elaborados para o loteamento. O planejamento considerou a topografia existente, buscando reduzir ao m\u00e1ximo a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de terra, ao mesmo tempo em que prepara o terreno para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o das futuras resid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta primeira etapa, ser\u00e3o executadas a abertura das ruas e a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de toda a infraestrutura necess\u00e1ria para o novo bairro, incluindo as redes de drenagem pluvial, esgoto sanit\u00e1rio, abastecimento de \u00e1gua e energia el\u00e9trica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O secret\u00e1rio municipal de Planejamento, Diego Tessaro, destaca que esta \u00e9 uma etapa decisiva para que o projeto saia do papel. &#8220;Com a Ordem de Servi\u00e7o, iniciamos efetivamente a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura que permitir\u00e1 a constru\u00e7\u00e3o das moradias. \u00c9 uma obra planejada para oferecer toda a estrutura necess\u00e1ria \u00e0s futuras fam\u00edlias que viver\u00e3o no Novo Zachia, respeitando as caracter\u00edsticas do terreno e garantindo qualidade na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do loteamento&#8221;, afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A execu\u00e7\u00e3o da obra tamb\u00e9m exige integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre diferentes concession\u00e1rias respons\u00e1veis pelos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos. A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 de que esta etapa tenha dura\u00e7\u00e3o aproximada de oito meses, com conclus\u00e3o estimada para o primeiro trimestre de 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Loteamento Novo Zachia integra o Programa Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e representa um dos maiores investimentos da Prefeitura na amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso \u00e0 moradia. O empreendimento contar\u00e1 com 135 resid\u00eancias destinadas a fam\u00edlias de baixa renda cadastradas no Cad\u00danico e no cadastro habitacional do Munic\u00edpio.
