Os trabalhos iniciais j\u00e1 modificaram a paisagem e aumentaram a expectativa dos moradores da cidade, em especial, do Boqueir\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s um m\u00eas de servi\u00e7os, a abertura do leito da ciclovia j\u00e1 est\u00e1 sendo conclu\u00edda com a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o da base para receber o asfalto. <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"> <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">O prefeito Luciano Azevedo, acompanhado do secret\u00e1rio de Obras, Jo\u00e3o Ant\u00f4nio Bordin, e do ex-prefeito de Passo Fundo, o engenheiro Fernando Machado Carrion, visitou a obra na manh\u00e3 dessa sexta-feira (24). \u201c\u00c9 uma grande obra de mobilidade. As pessoas perceber\u00e3o as melhorias na fluidez do tr\u00e1fego e os benef\u00edcios de ter um local apropriado para andar de bicicleta em seguran\u00e7a, tanto para esporte ou lazer\u201d, frisou Carrion.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">O prefeito <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Luciano afir<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">ma<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">que a inten\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u00e9 fazer com que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o use a bicicleta para lazer, esporte <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">e <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">como meio de transporte, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">sendo uma alternativa a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">o carro.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">\u201c\u00c9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> um processo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o, tanto para a cidade se adequar ao novo modelo, quanto para que as pessoas possam acompanhar essa mudan\u00e7a de  h\u00e1bito. O importante \u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">o primeiro passo <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">foi dado <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">e isso ajudar\u00e1 a a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">lcan\u00e7ar uma cidade equilibrada <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">entre <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">o<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">n\u00famero de carros e <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">presen\u00e7a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">de ciclistas\u201d, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">disse.<\/span><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">O investimento nas obras da ciclovia \u00e9 de cerca de R$ 200 mil, com recursos da Prefeitura. A ciclovia ter\u00e1 duas faixas com extens\u00e3o de 1,5 quil\u00f4metro de cada lado, entre as ruas Livramento, no Bairro Boqueir\u00e3o, e Sete de Setembro, no Centro. O tra\u00e7ado \u00e9 estruturado dentro dos canteiros e ter\u00e1 sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para travessia e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es, sem tirar as caracter\u00edsticas dos locais.  <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Conforme o secret\u00e1rio Bordin, as equipes de trabalho da secretaria tamb\u00e9m trabalhar\u00e3o no projeto do caminh\u00f3dromo, que acompanhar\u00e1 a extens\u00e3o da ciclovia. Ap\u00f3s a fase de conclus\u00e3o do leito, ser\u00e1 feita a pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o asf\u00e1ltica e a pintura.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Um segundo ponto da ciclovia ser\u00e1 constru\u00eddo no canteiro central da Avenida Rui Barbosa, no Bairro Petr\u00f3polis, com 1,4 quil\u00f4metro.
