A Prefeitura de Passo Fundo publicou o edital para contrata\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa que ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel da constru\u00e7\u00e3o do novo Est\u00e1dio Delmar Sitoni.<\/p>\n

Com a denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de Centro de Lazer e Esporte, o Est\u00e1dio Delmar Sitoni ser\u00e1 constru\u00eddo no Bairro Nonoai, divisa com a Vila Oper\u00e1ria, entre as Ruas dos Andradas e Pedro Lessa, em uma \u00e1rea de 11.500m\u00b2 ao lado da Unidade B\u00e1sica de Sa\u00fade \u2013 UBS.<\/p>\n

O campo de jogo do novo Delmar Sitoni, ter\u00e1 medidas oficiais e drenagem adequada. No entorno do campo de futebol, ser\u00e1 instalada uma quadra de futebol de areia, pista de caminhada, ciclovia, academia ao ar livre, estacionamento para cerca de 30 carros com duas vagas especiais, playground, vesti\u00e1rios e cabines de imprensa.<\/p>\n

Ser\u00e3o constru\u00eddos tr\u00eas blocos. Um deles, de dois pisos, ter\u00e1 quatro vesti\u00e1rios, banheiros e sal\u00e3o de festa para uso recreativo. O segundo bloco ser\u00e1 para lancheria e sanit\u00e1rios. O terceiro bloco \u00e9 destinado para sanit\u00e1rios p\u00fablicos. Todos com acessibilidade universal. Para acomodar o p\u00fablico, ser\u00e3o constru\u00eddas arquibancadas com 600 lugares. \u201cVamos usar parte da topografia do local para constru\u00e7\u00e3o das arquibancadas, reduzindo custos e tamb\u00e9m o impacto na \u00e1rea\u201d explica Karine Knob, respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto.<\/p>\n

O valor aproximado do investimento \u00e9 de R$ 2.600 milh\u00f5es, de verbas federais, por meio de emendas parlamentares e tamb\u00e9m com recursos pr\u00f3prios do munic\u00edpio de Passo Fundo.<\/p>\n
