A \u00e1rea, localizada na Avenida Presidente Vargas, onde funcionava o antigo Frigor\u00edfico ZD Costi, poder\u00e1 servir para a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo hipermercado.<\/p>\n<p>O Governo Municipal trabalhou para dar maior rapidez ao processo. \u201cCom o conv\u00eanio de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, haver\u00e1 agilidade e ser\u00e1 de exclusividade do munic\u00edpio a tarefa de licenciar a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de empreendimentos naquela \u00e1rea\u201d, enfatizou o secretario de Meio ambiente, Enilson Gon\u00e7alves.<\/p>\n<p>O termo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica entre Prefeitura de Passo Fundo e Fepam ir\u00e1 vigorar a partir de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado, nos pr\u00f3ximos dias. Depois disso, a empresa poder\u00e1 encaminhar a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de libera\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental junto \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente.
