A elei\u00e7\u00e3o e posse dos novos membros ocorreu conforme estabelecido no Edital P\u00fablico n\u00ba 87\/2025, e marca o in\u00edcio de um novo ciclo de di\u00e1logo e formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas \u00e0 moradia no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o secret\u00e1rio de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, Fernando Pires, a volta do Conselho fortalece a democracia participativa e amplia a capacidade de resposta do poder p\u00fablico \u00e0s demandas habitacionais da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cA habita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um direito fundamental, e s\u00f3 conseguiremos avan\u00e7ar com pol\u00edticas eficazes se ouvirmos todos os setores envolvidos. O Conselho representa esse espa\u00e7o plural e necess\u00e1rio para que a cidade cres\u00e7a de forma mais justa e inclusiva,\u201d destacou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Conselho atuar\u00e1 no bi\u00eanio 2025\/2027 com representa\u00e7\u00e3o parit\u00e1ria entre governo e sociedade civil, reunindo 10 titulares com atua\u00e7\u00e3o direta na \u00e1rea da habita\u00e7\u00e3o. Do segmento governamental, tomaram posse representantes das seguintes pastas: Secretaria de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, Secretaria de Obras, Secretaria do Meio Ambiente, Secretaria de Planejamento e Procuradoria Geral do Munic\u00edpio. Esses \u00f3rg\u00e3os assumem papel estrat\u00e9gico na articula\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas habitacionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 entre os representantes da sociedade civil, foram empossados dois integrantes do MNLM (Movimento Nacional de Luta pela Moradia), um da UAMPAF (Uni\u00e3o das Associa\u00e7\u00f5es de Moradores de Passo Fundo), um da ATITUS (institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino superior) e um do SINDUSCON (Sindicato da Ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil e do Mobili\u00e1rio).
