A nova diretoria ficou composta da seguinte forma: Presidente \u2013 Jos\u00e9 Rudinei Nunes, representando a Cooperativa Habitacional Metal\u00fargicos; Vice-Presidente \u2013 Vereador Rui Lorenzato, representando a C\u00e2mara de Vereadores; Secret\u00e1rio Geral \u2013 Rene Cecconello, representando a Secretaria Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e o 1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio \u2013 Jo\u00e3o Luis dos Santos, representando a Uni\u00e3o das Associa\u00e7\u00f5es de Bairro de Passo Fundo. Esta composi\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 mantida durante o primeiro ano de gest\u00e3o, e para 2009 ser\u00e1 eleita uma nova diretoria conforme regimento interno do Conselho.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a primeira reuni\u00e3o foram eleitos os integrantes das duas Comiss\u00f5es Permanentes, que ficaram compostas da seguinte forma: Comiss\u00e3o de Obras e Lotes \u2013 C\u00e2mara Municipal de Vereadores, representada pelo Vereador Valdir Mendes; Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento \u2013 representada por Jaqueline Corazza; Universidade de Passo Fundo \u2013 representada pelo professor Luiz Roberto Medeiros Gosch e Movimento Nacional de Luta pela Moradia \u2013 representado por J\u00falio Cesar Gon\u00e7alves.  J\u00e1 a Comiss\u00e3o de Finan\u00e7as fiou assim representada: Associa\u00e7\u00e3o das Micro e Pequenas Ind\u00fastrias de Passo Fundo \u2013 representada por Glademir Jos\u00e9 Bernardelli; Sindicato da Ind\u00fastria, Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil e Mobili\u00e1rio, representado por Moacir Secco; Secretaria Municipal de Obras e Via\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 representada por S\u00e9rgio Montip\u00f3 Junior e Institui\u00e7\u00e3o Beneficente Evang\u00e9lica de Passo Fundo &#8211;  representada pelo Pastor Jo\u00e3o de Deus Cardoso do Carmo.<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9m fazem parte do Conselho Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e Bem Estar Social o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil \u2013 representado por Ant\u00f4nio Arlindo Pereira de Melo; o Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Arquitetura do RS \u2013 representado por Clair Fontana e Sindicato dos Metal\u00fargicos \u2013 representado por Jos\u00e9 Ailton Ara\u00fajo dos Santos.<br \/> As reuni\u00f5es do Conselho s\u00e3o mensais, acontecem todas as terceiras quintas-feiras de cada m\u00eas, das 18 \u00e0s 19 horas e 30 minutos, no Plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores e s\u00e3o abertas a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da comunidade.
