A solenidade aconteceu no audit\u00f3rio da FIERGS e al\u00e9m do Presidente Luis In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva  e da Governadora Yeda Crusius, contou com a presen\u00e7a dos Ministros Tarso Genro (da Justi\u00e7a), Dilma Russeff (da Casa Civil) e M\u00e1rcio Fortes (das Cidades). Tamb\u00e9m estiveram presentes Prefeitos e representantes dos 39 munic\u00edpios que foram contemplados com recursos do PAC para as \u00e1reas de Saneamento e Habita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"\">         Conforme relatou o secret\u00e1rio Cecconello, na oportunidade foi anunciada a libera\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 15 milh\u00f5es de reais para Passo Fundo, dos quais R$ 13,5 milh\u00f5es vir\u00e3o do Governo Federal e R$ 1,5 milh\u00f5es ser\u00e3o de recursos pr\u00f3prios da CORSAN. Os recursos s\u00e3o espec\u00edficos para o Saneamento e ser\u00e3o executados pela CORSAN, que tem como superintendente regional,  Vlademir Rezende. De Moura. O projeto j\u00e1 foi apresentado pela companhia, que em di\u00e1logo com a municipalidade, definiu pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o da ETE (Esta\u00e7\u00e3o de Tratamento de Esgoto) S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 e para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da rede coletora junto aos Bairros S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, Loteamento. Cel Massot (da Brigada Militar) e Loteamento.
