Cerca de 250 fam\u00edlias invadiram o local e montaram barracos, tentando garantir posse de im\u00f3vel no futuro n\u00facleo. Entretanto, segundo as primeiras verifica\u00e7\u00f5es do Munic\u00edpio, a par de muitos carentes de casa pr\u00f3pria e com perfil para reivindicar este direito, muitos dos que l\u00e1 est\u00e3o n\u00e3o preenchem os requisitos m\u00ednimos, pois tem posses, j\u00e1 tem casas pr\u00f3prias ou s\u00e3o solteiros. As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para os futuros ocupantes das casas do novo n\u00facleo, que ser\u00e1 constru\u00eddo com recursos da Caixa Federal em parceria com o Munic\u00edpio, j\u00e1 est\u00e3o sendo feitas na Secretaria da Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00f3cio-econ\u00f4micas tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 v\u00e3o come\u00e7ar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"\">Cooperativa<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"\"> Al\u00e9m de entidade formada pelos invasores, que j\u00e1 se dividiu em tr\u00eas grupos, tamb\u00e9m a COPATRIM, Cooperativa Habitacional de Trindade do Sul, tem interesse no local e j\u00e1 trazem um cr\u00e9dito para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de 200 casas, conseguido com o Minist\u00e9rio das Cidades, j\u00e1 que na cidade origem desta cooperativa, n\u00e3o existe demanda para tantas casas populares. Atualmente, o local est\u00e1 vedado para novas invas\u00f5es, os pr\u00f3prios ali acampados, est\u00e3o como que \u201cadministrando\u201d o local para que isso n\u00e3o ocorra e a situa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o se tumultue mais. O certo \u00e9 que muitas pessoas que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o do munic\u00edpio de Passo Fundo, l\u00e1 est\u00e3o acampadas orientadas por familiares aqui de nosso munic\u00edpio para garantir no futuro n\u00facleo sua casa pr\u00f3pria.
