{"id":2496,"date":"2026-05-15T15:54:54","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T18:54:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pmpf.rs.gov.br\/secretaria-de-desenvolvimento-economico\/?p=2496"},"modified":"2026-05-15T15:54:55","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T18:54:55","slug":"prefeitura-e-procon-cobram-melhorias-no-atendimento-da-corsan-em-reuniao-com-a-companhia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pmpf.rs.gov.br\/secretaria-de-desenvolvimento-economico\/2026\/05\/15\/prefeitura-e-procon-cobram-melhorias-no-atendimento-da-corsan-em-reuniao-com-a-companhia\/","title":{"rendered":"Prefeitura e Procon cobram melhorias no atendimento da Corsan em reuni\u00e3o com a companhia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Prefeitura de Passo Fundo, por meio da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico (SDE) e do Procon, realizou nesta sexta-feira (15) uma reuni\u00e3o com representantes da Corsan\/Aegea para discutir melhorias no atendimento \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o e o encaminhamento das demandas registradas pelos consumidores do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Secretaria de Obras tamb\u00e9m participou da reuni\u00e3o para tratar de quest\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0s obras de esgotamento sanit\u00e1rio em andamento no munic\u00edpio, promovendo o alinhamento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e o debate sobre demandas ligadas aos servi\u00e7os executados pela empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O encontro teve como principal objetivo buscar mais efetividade nas respostas \u00e0s reclama\u00e7\u00f5es feitas junto ao Procon, al\u00e9m de ampliar o acesso da comunidade aos servi\u00e7os da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Procon apresentou dados sobre os atendimentos realizados pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o e destacou os assuntos mais recorrentes registrados ao longo dos \u00faltimos anos. Conforme a coordenadora do Procon, Alana Sch\u00fctz, o aumento no n\u00famero de demandas motivou a necessidade de um di\u00e1logo mais direto com a empresa. \u201cA cada m\u00eas percebemos um crescimento nas reclama\u00e7\u00f5es e demandas relacionadas aos servi\u00e7os prestados. Por isso, buscamos esse alinhamento com a Corsan para garantir respostas mais r\u00e1pidas e efetivas \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de aproximar os atendimentos das comunidades\u201d, afirmou Alana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O \u00f3rg\u00e3o entregou um of\u00edcio \u00e0 Corsan solicitando mais a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas ao atendimento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o dos atendimentos itinerantes e da unidade m\u00f3vel nos bairros de Passo Fundo.
