A press\u00e3o de lideran\u00e7as de Passo Fundo e da regi\u00e3o surtiu efeito junto ao governo federal para garantir investimentos no Aeroporto Lauro Kortz. Em reuni\u00e3o nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, em Bras\u00edlia, com uma comitiva passo-fundense, o ministro chefe da Secretaria de Avia\u00e7\u00e3o Civil da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica, Eliseu Padilha, anunciou a libera\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 44,5 milh\u00f5es em recursos federais para a reforma do Aeroporto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conforme o ministro, est\u00e1 prevista a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de novo terminal de passageiros, com 2,1 mil metros quadrados e pista de taxiamento para at\u00e9 seis aeronaves. O edital da licita\u00e7\u00e3o para contrata\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa que executar\u00e1 a obra, conforme Padilha, dever\u00e1 ser lan\u00e7ado at\u00e9 outubro deste ano.<\/p>\n

\u201cPara Passo Fundo e para a regi\u00e3o a reforma do Aeroporto Lauro Kortz \u00e9 vital. Essa obra dar\u00e1 condi\u00e7\u00f5es para que o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico tenha continuidade\u201d, destacou o secret\u00e1rio municipal Carlos Eduardo Lopes da Silva, que representou a Prefeitura de Passo Fundo na audi\u00eancia. Ele lembrou que a reforma do Aeroporto \u00e9 uma das pautas priorit\u00e1rias da gest\u00e3o do prefeito Luciano Azevedo, que desde o per\u00edodo em que estava na Assembleia Legislativa vem lutando para que as melhorias aconte\u00e7am. <\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9m participaram da comitiva o deputado estadual Di\u00f3genes Basegio, o reitor da UPF, Jos\u00e9 Carlos Carles de Souza, e o presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal, Marcio Patussi.<\/p>\n
