{"id":641,"date":"2008-04-02T03:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-04-02T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pmpf.rs.gov.br\/secretaria-de-cidadania-e-assistencia-social\/2008\/04\/02\/seminario-da-semcas-sobre-reordenamento\/"},"modified":"2008-04-02T03:00:00","modified_gmt":"2008-04-02T06:00:00","slug":"seminario-da-semcas-sobre-reordenamento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pmpf.rs.gov.br\/secretaria-de-cidadania-e-assistencia-social\/2008\/04\/02\/seminario-da-semcas-sobre-reordenamento\/","title":{"rendered":"Semin\u00e1rio da SEMCAS sobre reordenamento"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"\">No dia 28 de mar\u00e7o de 2008 no Centro de Eventos da Escola Notre Dame a SEMCAS, realizou <\/span><span style=\"\">um semin\u00e1rio de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o que marcou o in\u00edcio dos trabalhos em torno do grande <\/span><span style=\"\">desafio de reordenar a Secretaria Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social, objetivando adequa\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><span style=\"\">ao Sistema \u00danico da Assist\u00eancia Social &#8211; SUAS, sendo a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo, uma <\/span><span style=\"\">determina\u00e7\u00e3o legal da atual Pol\u00edtica Nacional da Assist\u00eancia Social.<br \/><br style=\"\" \/><\/span><span style=\"\">O SUAS \u00e9 uma proposta construida atrav\u00e9s de sucessivas confer\u00eancias e movimentos sociais <\/span><span style=\"\">e contempla antigas reveindica\u00e7\u00f5es dos atores sociais tais como: a descentraliza\u00e7\u00e3o do <\/span><span style=\"\">atendimento, a centralidade das a\u00e7\u00f5es na fam\u00edlia, a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da assist\u00eancia social no <\/span><span style=\"\">local onde as fam\u00edlias est\u00e3o inseridas, uma a\u00e7\u00e3o preventiva capaz de evitar a viola\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><span style=\"\">dos direitos e a instala\u00e7\u00e3o dos problemas, o fortalecimento de v\u00ednculos familiares e <\/span><span style=\"\">comunit\u00e1rios e o protagonismo social das comunidades locais na conquista da pr\u00f3pria <\/span><span style=\"\">cidadania.<br \/><br style=\"\" \/><\/span><span style=\"\">O semin\u00e1rio contou com a importante presen\u00e7a do Prefeito Municipal Airton Langaro Dipp, <\/span><span style=\"\">do Secret\u00e1rio Municipal da Assist\u00eancia Social Paulo Rog\u00e9rio Loss, do Promotor de Justi\u00e7a <\/span><span style=\"\">Gilson Medeiros, a Presidente do Conselho Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social Silv\u00e2nia Ioner, <\/span><span style=\"\">sendo palestrante no evento a sra.
