\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0O Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do RS, em decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime da 21\u00aa C\u00e2mara C\u00edvel, extinguiu a a\u00e7\u00e3o popular, movida por Marcelo Zeni, do PSOL, que pretendia que fosse realizada imediatamente na cidade de Passo Fundo a licita\u00e7\u00e3o para o transporte coletivo urbano. Presidiu o julgamento o desembargador Arminio Jos\u00e9 Abreu Lima da Rosa.
\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0O Munic\u00edpio de Passo Fundo n\u00e3o iniciou o processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o porque o processo n.\u00ba 021\/1.05.0198595-0, que reconheceu a inconstitucionalidade e ilegalidade do procedimento que determinou a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o das concess\u00f5es de transportes p\u00fablicos, bem como, anular os atos de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o dos contratos de concess\u00e3o com Coleurb Coletivo Urbano Ltda e Transpasso Transporte Coletivo Ltda, ainda encontra-se sub judice.
\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Segundo o procurador geral adjunto da PGM, J\u00falio C\u00e9sar Pacheco, \u201c\u00e9 preciso cuidado com temas desta natureza, respeitando os contratos administrativos e o er\u00e1rio p\u00fablico, porque medidas como estas, como a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma licita\u00e7\u00e3o sem que o processo esteja decidido pelo judici\u00e1rio poderiam gerar indeniza\u00e7\u00f5es e preju\u00edzos ao Munic\u00edpio; por isso tem que se aguardar a decis\u00e3o final\u201d.
