Os propriet\u00e1rios que efetuarem a quita\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 o dia 4 de janeiro de 2021 ter\u00e3o desconto de at\u00e9 20% no valor. J\u00e1 os que preferirem realizar o pagamento na cota \u00fanica 2, at\u00e9 o dia 18 de fevereiro, contar\u00e3o com desconto de at\u00e9 7%.<\/span><span style=\"\"><o_p \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\" background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">O IPTU tamb\u00e9m pode ser pago em oito parcelas, sem desconto.
