O prefeito Luciano Azevedo assinou o decreto que cria o Fundo Municipal do Desporto e regulamenta a Lei Municipal de Incentivo ao Esporte, possibilitando o incentivo fiscal para as modalidades amadoras desenvolvidas na \u00e1rea.    <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Para 2015, a Prefeitura depositou o valor de R$ 120 mil para o fundo, que ser\u00e1 gerido pelo Conselho Municipal do Desporto. A partir da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, o FMD realiza a gest\u00e3o da arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos para destin\u00e1-los \u00e0 implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de programas em apoio \u00e0 manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos esportes amadores em Passo Fundo.  <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Para o secret\u00e1rio dos Esportes, Gilberto Bellaver, o FMD traz um marco para o munic\u00edpio, que passa a tratar o esporte como uma importante \u00e1rea social. Bellaver ainda explica que os recursos ser\u00e3o destinados aos projetos vencedores atrav\u00e9s de sele\u00e7\u00e3o por edital. Todos os projetos cadastrados ser\u00e3o analisados pela Comiss\u00e3o de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e Sele\u00e7\u00e3o, criada para avaliar as propostas de acordo com as diretrizes do edital.  <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">A publica\u00e7\u00e3o do edital ser\u00e1 feita no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Munic\u00edpio, em um prazo de 30 dias. Os recursos poder\u00e3o ser destinados para projetos desportivos que promovem a inclus\u00e3o social por meio do esporte, principalmente em espa\u00e7os de vulnerabilidade social.
