A Prefeitura de Passo Fundo aprovou, nesta semana, o Regimento Interno do Teatro Municipal M\u00facio de Castro. O documento, que tamb\u00e9m foi aprovado pelo Conselho Municipal de Cultura, visa definir as regras de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do espa\u00e7o, com a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de que o patrim\u00f4nio dos passo-fundenses seja mantido em boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es. O Teatro passou por reforma geral para que tivesse condi\u00e7\u00f5es de uso e, recentemente, foi entregue pelo governo municipal para uso da comunidade e artistas locais. <\/p>\n

\u201cEste regimento \u00e9 um instrumento que vai auxiliar a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do teatro a ter uma gest\u00e3o que possa primar pelo bom uso do espa\u00e7o e sua manuten\u00e7\u00e3o adequada. Queremos ter um controle efetivo deste patrim\u00f4nio que dever\u00e1 ser bem cuidado e mantido. Desta forma, poderemos proteg\u00ea-lo da melhor forma poss\u00edvel\u201d, afirmou o secret\u00e1rio de Cultura, Pedro Almeida. <\/p>\n

O Regimento observa quest\u00f5es de uso, valores e condi\u00e7\u00f5es de loca\u00e7\u00e3o, assim como a responsabilidade pela conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das instala\u00e7\u00f5es durante o uso de grupos e artistas at\u00e9 a sua posterior entrega. Al\u00e9m disso, prioriza a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades culturais e de teatro de pessoas e companhias da cidade. <\/p>\n

Entre outras determina\u00e7\u00f5es, o documento informa que o grupo ou pessoa autorizada a utilizar o espa\u00e7o dever\u00e1 encaminhar ao coordenador do teatro, com a anteced\u00eancia m\u00ednima de 30 dias da data da montagem, documentos com todas informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento, com hor\u00e1rios de montagem de som, luz, passagem dos ensaios e outros itens. <\/p>\n
