O evento aconteceu no audit\u00f3rio da Le\u00e3o XIII, tendo como palestrante o presidente do Conselho Estadual dos Direitos da Pessoa com Defici\u00eancia \u2013 COEPEDE, Mois\u00e9s Bauer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO Conselho se re\u00fane periodicamente para solucionar os problemas dos portadores de defici\u00eancia, no que for cab\u00edvel, fazendo valer os direitos do cidad\u00e3o\u201d, explica a presidente do COMPEDE, Rosangela Cruz. Segundo ela, o objetivo da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 instruir os Conselheiros sobre como agir em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>O professor Ginez de Campos participou do evento representando a Secretaria de Cidadania e Assist\u00eancia Social e a Coordenadoria dos Conselhos. \u201cOs Conselheiros precisam dessa capacita\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua para instruir quem os procura e agir de forma correta nas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas\u201d, observou Ginez.<\/p>\n<p>Mois\u00e9s Bauer \u00e9 deficiente visual e foi convidado para palestrar pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Passo-fundense de Cegos \u2013 APACE.
