O Conselho Municipal de Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar (COMSEA) foi regulamentada por meio da Lei n\u00ba 5939\/2024<\/a>. O referido conselho municipal tem car\u00e1ter consultivo, fiscalizador e formulador da pol\u00edtica de seguran\u00e7a alimentar, com o fim de garantir o atendimento \u00e0s necessidades b\u00e1sicas de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em s\u00edntese, compete ao COMSEA mobilizar a sociedade civil para o estudo, discuss\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das prioridades da pol\u00edtica municipal de seguran\u00e7a alimentar e nutricional do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lei n\u00ba 5939\/2024<\/a>. Altera dispositivos da\u00a0Lei\u00a0n\u00ba\u00a04.412, de 27 de julho de 2007, que “Disp\u00f5e sobre a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, composi\u00e7\u00e3o e funcionamento do Conselho Municipal de Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar (COMSEA) e do Fundo Municipal de Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar (FUMUSA)”, conforme especifica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
