COMAD – O Conselho Municipal Sobre Drogas (COMAD) foi criado por meio da Lei n\u00ba 4619\/2009<\/a>. O referido conselho municipal tem car\u00e1ter consultivo, normativo e deliberativo, com a finalidade de apoiar, articular e construir a pol\u00edtica de combate a drogadi\u00e7\u00e3o, integrado ao sistema nacional e estadual de pol\u00edtica antidrogas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compete ao Conselho Municipal sobre Drogas propor, articular, coordenar e acompanhar programas de a\u00e7\u00f5es destinadas a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da demanda de drogas, compatibilizando-o com as diretrizes dos conselhos estadual e nacional antidrogas. Al\u00e9m disso, o COMAD dever\u00e1 promover a atua\u00e7\u00e3o coordenada e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os municipais governamentais ou n\u00e3o, de entidades particulares e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das comunidades terap\u00eauticas em atividades destinadas \u00e0 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, preven\u00e7\u00e3o, tratamento, reinser\u00e7\u00e3o social, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de danos sociais e \u00e0 sa\u00fade e repress\u00e3o sobre o uso indevido e abusos de drogas e seus efeitos no indiv\u00edduo e na sociedade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
