COMDIM \u2013 O Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Mulher foi criado pela Lei Complementar n\u00ba 234\/2009<\/a>. O referido conselho municipal constitui-se em um \u00f3rg\u00e3o colegiado de natureza consultiva e deliberativa respons\u00e1vel pela formula\u00e7\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas voltadas \u00e0 mulher. Em s\u00edntese, compete ao COMDIM formular e fiscalizar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da pol\u00edtica municipal referente \u00e0 mulher propondo a\u00e7\u00f5es de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas \u00e0 elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer forma de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o contra as mulheres visando garantir os direitos das mulheres em prol de sua emancipa\u00e7\u00e3o. Cabe tamb\u00e9m ao COMDIM elaborar e implementar o Plano Municipal de Pol\u00edticas para as Mulheres por meio da mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
